Refund Policy.

1. 14-day refund window

If you're not happy with a purchase made on this website, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to your first CraftMock subscription payment and to each renewal payment (request within 14 days of that renewal charge). No reason is required.

2. How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email; or
• Email us at support@vectorfoundrystudios.com with the email address used at checkout and (if you have it) your order number.

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

3. Who processes refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders placed on this website. Paddle handles payments, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, and billing inquiries, and processes returns and refunds.

4. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your CraftMock subscription at any time from your CraftMock account page (Account → Manage billing), at paddle.net, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; if you also want a refund of a recent payment, request it within 14 days as described above. When a payment is refunded, access for that billing period ends.

5. Free trial

The CraftMock free trial requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

6. Etsy purchases

One-time purchases made on our Etsy shop (including CraftMock lifetime licenses and digital designs) are governed by Etsy's policies and are handled through Etsy. For those orders, please contact us through Etsy Messages from your order page.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
