CraftMock's full-version license can be activated on up to three machines. If you need a replacement license or run into activation trouble, message us directly.
Open Etsy Messages ↗For an existing Etsy order, open your purchases and message the seller from the order. This helps us identify your purchase without asking you to share license keys publicly.
When contacting support
- Tell us which CraftMock version you purchased.
- Describe the issue and any error shown.
- Tell us whether you're activating a new machine or replacing an old one.
- Do not send payment information or private license keys publicly.

How many devices can I use?+
Each full CraftMock license supports activation on up to three machines.
How do I request a replacement license?+
Message Vector Foundry Studio through Etsy with your order reference and explain which machine you're replacing.
Can I buy directly on this website?+
Not yet. Software and digital designs are currently sold through our Etsy shop. Direct sales are planned for later.
Where are the download files for my purchase?+
If you purchased through Etsy, follow the download instructions provided with your order. Use Etsy's desktop website if the mobile app does not expose the digital download.
Does this page submit a support ticket?+
